1. Free Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
GreenCotton provides free standard shipping on all orders within India.
Customers do not need to pay a separate standard delivery charge for eligible orders.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.
During major sales, promotional campaigns, holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take additional time.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately:
3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability and other circumstances.
Remote and certain difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.
4. Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, GreenCotton may provide tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Customers can use the tracking details to monitor their shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts.
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing a correct delivery address
• Providing an active mobile number
• Being available to receive the package
• Responding to courier calls when required
6. Failed Delivery / RTO
If an order cannot be delivered because of:
• Incorrect address
• Incorrect mobile number
• Customer unavailable
• Customer refusing delivery
• Repeated failed delivery attempts
• Customer not accepting the package
the courier may return the order to GreenCotton as Return to Origin (RTO).
For repeated COD RTOs, GreenCotton may restrict COD availability for future orders.
7. Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers should refuse the package where possible and contact GreenCotton immediately.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs/video of the package and product.
8. Delivery Delays
GreenCotton is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Courier disruptions
• Strikes
• Government restrictions
• Public holidays
• Transportation disruptions
• Incorrect customer information
9. International Shipping
Unless specifically stated otherwise on the website, GreenCotton currently provides shipping within India only.
